OTHER PRODUCTS

EXCODO also deliveres a wide range of other products which are used within the production-proces of (hollow-core) slabs.

Prestressing equipment

For prestressing the strands before production a compact and complete unit can be delivered, consisting of a calibrated pump and a compact stress-pistol type ‘Twin Ram’ supplied with 9.3/12.5mm claws.

Hoisting/ lifting equipment

For the transportation of the produced (hollow-core) slab by crane a wide range of hoising/ lifting equipment can be delivered, automatic clamps and lifting-beam for the production-location as well for on the construction-side.

Machine for drilling drainage holes

The produced hollow-core slabs have to be supplied with drainage holes at both sides. For this purpuse EXCODO has developed a handy machine for drilling this drainage holes directly after casting. The machine can be adjusted for each slabheight.
